1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment using the courier’s official website.

2. Are your products original or compatible replacements?

We sell high-quality compatible replacement batteries and adapters. All brand names like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, and Asus are mentioned only for compatibility reference.

3. What is the warranty on your products?

All our products come with a warranty period (specified on the product page). If you face any issues, contact us for a replacement as per our warranty terms.

4. What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer COD. Since we value each order and ensure proper handling, we request genuine buyers to place prepaid orders. However, you can use our Buy Now, Pay Later or EMI options available at checkout via PayU Payment Gateway.

6. What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

7. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, with a delivery time depending on the pincode. We use trusted couriers like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Flipkart Courier, and EMS Speed Post for remote locations.
